The 100+ employee vaccine mandate

You're just going to have to fire me I guess. I am one of your top performing claims adjusters that stepped up much more than most after your incompetent as--s laid off so many but I now work from home bothering no one. but thanks to the potato in the Oval Office you are going to have to fire me because I refuse to pump unproven poison into my body. I will move on and prosper. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

It wears off after about 6 months. You can enter EU countries if you show them the proof of vaccination (valid for 9 months from the date of the second dose), past infection (valid for 6 month from the date of infection) or with a fresh negative test.

Studies are proving natural immunity is far more effective than the vax according to the Israel study. It makes you immune to the entire membrane not just the spiked protein aspect which the vax protects you from. So they should include recovery from covid natural immunity (like Europe countries) for the 100+ company requirement but Sleepy Joe and even Fauci don't get it.

All the legitimate medical industry has noted there are limited, not serious, side effects. Of course there are qua is purporting you will grow a third eye or sprout wings as a side effect. So far have not witnessed any.

Well I can say one thing the amount of censoring is insane by the big tech companies and liberal media. Any other opinion will be seemed to be brought up even from doctors and legitimate side effect concerns from doctors/people will be crushed. Doesn't bother alot of people it seems which makes no logical sense. I didn't see any official word from Allstate on the mandate yet, I assume the leaders need to meet maybe.

Yes, we all live with mandates. Ironic that the people here - who have a job because people are mandated to have auto insurance - don’t recognize that.

Necessity not only authorizes but seems to require the measure, for should the disorder infect the Army . . . we should have more to dread from it, than from the Sword of the Enemy." The urgency was real. George Washington January 1777 regarding inoculation of the continental army against the "Variola" outbreak. Mandates have been around for hundreds of years, the government can invoke mandates to protect the population. We all live with mandates in almost every aspect of our lives. The subject has been litigated by the supreme court as far back as the late 1800's and many times after. No challenge has ever succeeded. If you think the pending lawsuits over this mandate will do any better good luck. The only difference now is the supreme court has been stacked with uptight conservatives by "agent Orange" and his sidekick Mitch. I received both vaccines with no side effects, wife also, all family members as well, no one has turned into the Walking Dead. Large corporations were waiting for this, its good for business and the economy. If the anti vaxers opt out forever you will soon find yourselves in a small minority in this country out of work and living on government assistance. I wish you well and pray you or any family contract a severe case of covid, it is a horrible way to die. Oxygen is a necessity of life.

Last time I checked this is the USA! So if you want to be a lab rat for the vax that’s your choice. If we close not that’s our choice. You don’t like it then move your a-s to China!

My post was deleted so let me post it again. (Aren't people concerned about the severe censorship? use your heads people)

People are legitimately concerned about LONG TERM side effects. So those saying "millions are okay now so move on and get it" need to use their brain. Critically thinking people are concerned about fertility concerns (80% of vaccine going to reproductive areas), ADE concerns, blood clot concerns, testicular cancer (I know two healthy men who got this after getting vaccine), etc. So I hope Allstate doesn't push this.

Hey Poster about your Team Huddle - where do the unvaccinated workers on your team think they are going to go when they quit Allstate? All employees with over 100 employees are going to be requiring vaccines or weekly testing. Good luck with finding jobs at the under 100 employee employers. All a bunch of bluster if you ask me. When it comes time to get vaccinated or be termed, they’ll be first in line for the vaccination.

This was understandably a hot topic in our huddle today. Including our leader our team is 22 people. Two were out on PTO. Out of the 20 in attendance 8 are vaccinated. 12 unvaccinated. Out of the 12 unvaccinated 7 spoke up and said they will part with the company when the time comes before taking the vaccine. One of the 7 was our leader. If this is comparable company wide worst case Allstate would have to let about a third of its total workforce go. I am sure it is overall less than that but even if it is only 20% that is going to sting and hurt this company badly.

There is no evidence that antibodies from having covid or having the covid vaccine cause problems with becoming pregnant. There is plenty of evidence that unvaccinated people are more likely to be hospitalized and die from having covid than vaccinated people. If you are worried about the vaccine messing up your te------s or ovaries, you run the same risk of that happening without the vaccine, plus the increased likelihood that you will have severe symptoms.

From an employer and work peer perspective being a full time remote work from employee it really is none of the company's business or any of your business that I choose to not take the vaccine. Businesses should be upset by and against the federal government using them as pawns to bully and threaten free thinking adults into taking a vaccine that they feel isn't for them. The government using people's livelihoods against them to try and force a medical action to be taken is disgusting and will not be tolerated. If this company even tries to take my job for this reason they will lose in a court of law. I do not fear the Allstate legal force. Right is right and legal is legal. On behalf of many of my peers I strongly urge Allstate to reject this illegal mandate or else.

Not that I am pro Allstate, but if you plan on suing Allstate get in line! They get sued every day. They are in the business of getting sued! Wilson is the TEFLON CEO. Committed to, outsourcing, slow growth, and his shareholders.

I also am not taking this suspect vaccine. I am fine with weekly testing but the company will pay for any costs associated and they will provide 4 hours PTO a week for time testing and my trouble. Their alternative is firing me and they will be talking with my lawyer regarding a wrongful termination settlement....and I happen to like my high end lifestyle.

I understand not wanting your continued employment to be dependent on a medical procedure, but you have to acknowledge that your beliefs about the vaccine's toxicity are not scientific. More than 150 million people in this country have taken it and they are fine. An overwhelming majority of the people hospitalized and dying from the disease nowadays, are unvaccinated. Maybe you're worried your body is uncommonly sensitive, but this vaccine is not poison. I suggest you follow up with your doctor to learn more about the vaccine and how it could affect you. Best of luck.

Test every week? This is how the mandate started in the government. You could either get the vaccine or test for Covid-19 every week. The testing every week option was removed and now if you work for or do business with the government you must be vaccinated. Look for the government to mandate that change with private employers as well in the next few months.
Let's be clear this is over something that has a documented "0.1 percent" fatality rate.
The fatality rate by heart disease by overweight people is "15.5 percent". If your logic holds true then government should mandate private companies to require the employees maintain a healthy weight or show proof of documented action plan to get to that goal.
This is all about government control as they can not regulate private individuals, but circumvent that regulation to private companies onto the private individual.
