those points are close to valueless. If I am not wrong, previously SG employee got S$300 at 10 years mark. With SPARK, this benefit is robbed.

I'm sorry this company disrespects all you long service folks for all your years of effort. It's truly despicable.
After over 20 plus years of service, I received a coveted spark award. Yes. Redeemable for about $10. WTH. Will not be redeeming it anytime soon because the laugh was priceless.

Yep, it cheapened the original Years of Service award scale. I refuse to bother cashing my paltry award and will not participate in Spark. Yes, that makes it PAROCHIAL BEHAVIOR on my part in the eyes of HR.
