Medical and religious accommodations should be running out in March. Those people are probably targeted by the leaders. Just revoke their accomodations, and you don't have to pay severance when they leave. And they can steal their RSU's, too.
More synergies achieved, just like that.
The employees with accommodations make the leaders and all of the others who couldn't wait to sign up for this medical experiment look incredibly stupid, so out the door they must go.

The culling of the herd continues. I suspect low performers will get whacked soon. If you are on a PIP I would be sleeping with one eye open. 😂

Yep. All the layoffs will continue to be unannounced, save for the employees who post that they have been laid off.

It doesnt take a genius to see how all retail, not just mobile phone has changed. Malls and stores are empty (unless its walmart or target). T-mobile has to change.

Document everything and record all conversations with your supervisor!

T-Mobile is moving to a quarterly review process so they can simply fire employees for poor performance. Meaning, no severance packages and bye bye. Oh, and there will be a termination quota that Directors need to meet and so you are competing with peers for your job. Let the toxic back stabbing begin!!!
