Leave , run life is too short to be working for a company with no ethics. Left 2 yrs ago on my own and now have a peaceful life. Took all my PTO , before I left. Work only for companies, which value their employees. Do lots of research, before you jump into job. You could very well walk into another company which is doing the same outsourcing to wherever, due to greed, and no ethics.
VPs at million dollar salaries. Rot in hell.
Seriously guys, myself included...you need to work hard on your personal skillset for at least 6 months and leave. There is no future at Anthem. Anthem could be a nice company to work for, but it's easier to change yourself than to change a company. Life is too precious to waste away in a company that's supposed to define you in some way.

So we'll hire some more VPs... blah blah blah... but you guys actually doing the work don't get any more help, just more work. blah blah blah...
