Women lawyer SVP and VPs announced at group meetings that the new woman lawyer lacked experience with areas of law that they named, has less scope than the fired former head lawyer, gets paid a lot less than he was.....Be sure to tell everyone that you work with that the new woman lawyer is not paid as much as the man who was the head lawyer. Welcome to Met!

@18vaz+1odE8x0s - Isn't the new head of legal female? Your assertion doesn't seem reasonable.
Bullying is common in legal. TTX is for women in tech. Humiliation and sabotage are for women lawyers.
Yes. Why so terrible to women?
Tone from the top is terrible. The elderly career SVPs bully and humiliate the VPs then encourage VPs to dominate others. Rolls downhill. Within groups, sabotage, badmouthing, gatekeeping, gaslighting, and individuals who do not seem to be doing anything in core work but try to lay off their work on others.
Wish I had documented my managers abuse… I know I would win vs MetLife if I kept receipts…
Yes. It flows down and up. Legal SVPs and VPs have made a lot of critical antisocial comments about new CLO during large group and small group meetings.
I can see this is obviously a topic about the AEs, but what is it you’re trying to say?
Regional Sales Offices - Sales Reps/RD's get away with pressure, coercing, badgering & nobody does anything about it. It's a known thing for years -- Not "perception" or hearsay. Reps runout people, many people & continue to keep their jobs. HR is always on the side of the company. They DO NOT CARE about the worker getting harassed! They just DO NOT want a lawsuit.
That's why I left and you should to if you are reading this or anything on this website--- think about it? Isn't time to leave?
Well please elaborate more on this topic. Instead of just throwing up a title.
@1vwt+1odE8x0s lol so how do they want you to send along information? Passenger pigeon?
Ever read the text in one of the mandatory learning emails?
Talk about bullying.
The threats begin almost immediately.
Are complaints and disciplinary actions against remote workers for “sending excessive emails” a form of bullying or an invitation to lean into greater invisibility?
Only the old timer survivors knifing the more recently hired and the white men humiliating the white women giving presentations to the department with no interventions by the execs. Just your average experience here…
Yes?
