Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Com President GONE

Another XBS president that got off of the Titanic before it completely sinks. Xerox has gutted this once, very profitable, organization. Now to watch another, once great core, circle the drain.

@1vwn+1ecqeaby, So guessing that’s a no the yellow belt? Irrelevance is a unique point of view. Good Luck.

COM = Comdoc, a highly successful mid-western GIS Core company. And yes, one of many similarly successful GIS Cores that Xerox has gutted!

if you don't understand the original poster's comment either keep your irrelevance to yourself or ask a clarifying question.

It might have only took 2 hours and 40 minutes to sink. But the personal cost on the people was enormous.
Just remember once the boilers explode it’s taking the ship down 6 miles into the North Sea. No one survives that one.

What a genuine piece of work.
Priceless.
Reason #16 of what’s wrong with the world. Incompetence.

Yes I want him in charge and running the world. No Thanks playa, no thanks.

Okay Playa, keep your morbid Titanic references but it only took 2 hrs and 40 mins to sink & Xerox taking like forever. Don’t hate your iceberg, hate your game. Peace out, Gotta retreat into the darkness again and feed my “mushrooms” - smelly job but the perk5 are amazing.

Did you want us to forget the titanic reference and use a Pearl Harbor or 911 massacre reference instead?

I think I will stick to rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. It’s likely more politically correct, and closer to the fact.

Also, Like the fact that anyone who says anything bad about xerox is considered a xerox flunky or ungrateful employee. No I don’t think so…. These people are pi---d off. Rightfully so.

It takes a real keyboard warrior to say stuff like that, then retreat into the darkness. What a guy. Says we have no imagination. Betting he can’t imagine what it’s like to work for xerox today, as you would be absolutely destroyed by the workload and lack of support for the customers that are left.
Let’s hear your take on it, and what we are supposed to think. Hmmm?

My grandpa still says - 'I've got a xerox of that somewhere'.

Soooooooooooo many Titanic references: re-arrange deck chairs, no more life boats, band played on, women and children first… Not saying it’s not an applicable metaphor but lacks effort & imagination…but maybe that’s a xerox thing.

Not even appropriate that give an answer on that one.

At least someone survived the Titanic without dressing up in women’s clothing.
Hopefully the Carpathia is near by to pick up survivors.

What’s a “Com President?” Doesn’t sound like a very critical position. Did they have a yellow belt or higher?
