They know who to ask for help and how to cut through obsfucation, if it is possible. They also know what to do with the numerous oddball tasks that come up (you know the ones that we get and go “what the heck does that mean?”) Allstate would love to see them leave as they are at the top of the pay scale. They may be holding on if they are retiring soon, or because they’ve got lots of vacation. Once they are gone, everyone else will be running around like chickens without a head trying to make sense of this place!
