Contractor for 2+ years, and not looking promising. Job market is tough. This place su-ks and LACKS DIVERSITY, big time. Managers, supervisors, etc don't give a single sh-t.
Any suggestions?

This company puts up all the right flags and supports all the nonsense mentally ill ideologies. I'd rather see this money save jobs rather than support these insane virtue signals.
People that complain about diversity lack the skills necessary to compete. Stop looking for an easy pass.
I've worked here for years and can't even get an interview for internal postings. I have multiple degrees and tons of experience. Good luck.
OP what do u mean no diversity? do you mean most employees are indians (aside from moving jobs to HIH)?
Lacks Diversity??? You must not be talking about Cigna. You can't spell Cigna without using 'diversity.'
managers do care but they are asked to care about the company first.
then, they are asked by their families to take care of themselves and families.
then customer want to be taken care of, vendors, employees. That's kind of how priority works.
I doubt you'll find diversity anywhere, it's always a little bit much of this or that, really does not matter what color or gender it is, the ratios are always off, sometimes this goes in somebody's favor and sometime it does not. Also, depends on a team too. I am in IT and some teams are very monoculture, but they may be very different from others teams which may be a different monoculture. Not sure if you'll be happy anywhere.
