Layoffs never stopped. Bunch of QTDs assigned in Public Affairs recently. Some in Agency. Some more in Ad Services (work going to HCL, even!)

I'm the one who wrote in all caps. Team got realigned. I can't believe my prayer kinda got answered. Maybe i will give this another shot since the annoying incapable pensioners that needs hand holding and play politics are going away.

Growth has slowed tremendously since 2023 and Q2 hiring was probably 50% less than Q1. Average claims handled per has risen steadily for the past 3 years but likely to drop a little by the end of 2024.

It will be interesting to see how this may impact any transition plan discussions over the next 3 years if at all.

The wave of retirees is a very real concern. So much experience leaving over the next five years. Don’t expect any transitional plans during that time.

Yes. There is a wave of long timers a the verge of retiring. This will open up a lot of jobs. They need the experienced employees to stay and train the new ones. No transition plans for the next two years.
