@1z6 This is 100% accurate!!! never been in a company where Salesforce was used to track progress - its so it can be manipulated by Stealam and his DRs to fudge the numbers and allocate sales commissions to the chosen few. Particularly noticeable in GIS where the revolving door of inept sales directors who have seemed to lose more sales reps than gained. like has been stated before, the best talent have left or planning to leave. By overpromising and have no real delivery capability its only a matter of time till the whole house of cards collapses;.

DXC ANZ sales people just run a process. Wait for RFP, get bid manager to do the work, bully delivery solution leads to cut "unnecessary costs", spell check the proposal, most cant even write the Exec Summary cause they dont understand it. Lead the internal approvals (delivery concerns ignored). Cut the price (no scope change)when client says its too expensive. Blame delivery when it cant be done after for the cost, because the bid was "approved" so there was nothing wrong with it.

Stealam was never interested in customers or delivery, he only wanted sales at an cost. He ran revenue forecasts on salesforce, not actual financials. He created the most toxic business environment ive ever seen in any company

@1vk A typical DXC sales person waits months for an RFP to arrive then ghosts much of the sales and solutioning work that follows the RFP.

So the one thing DXC has been consistently and spectacularly terrible at since its inception 34 quarters ago - sales - with 34 consecutive quarters of falling sales is the head who gets sent to "fix" the everywhere-except-Europe-and-America region, after the forced exits of the failing previous leadership ... you can't make this up ...

@1n7 Howard couldn’t run a coop of chickens, let alone a company. Utter trash, even by this company’s already garbage standards. If Raul had a single functioning brain cell, he’d cut loose all the ex-IBM trash Howard dragged over. All were already dumped off as garbage by IBM before being heaped over to the trash landfill called DXC by Howard, himself included.

This is a company born of trash, managed by trash, run like trash and inevitably steered straight towards the heap of trash where it belongs. And no one will miss it.

@1mj because Howard was brought in to take his job. Seelam will always be just another employee

This is what Raul said of Seelan in his email of 12/29/25:
“It is with mixed emotion that I share that Seelan Nayagam, our President for Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East and Africa, will be departing DXC in the new year. Throughout his career, he has worked tirelessly to serve our customers and support our employees but I’m excited for him as he takes this next step in his career”
Its quite gushing and a step up from when Howard left and Raul simply said he “… will be retiring to spend more time with his family”, which is complete rubbish.
So why is Raul such an admirer of Seelan - what don’t we know, what have we missed?

@14t could not agree more with this! anyone aligned themselves to stealam must be running for the exit doors, after years of losing and abusing clients the game is up now. the connect crowd are done.

Will anything be announced in the press, if this is real?
Who is taking over ?

@14t I agree. They are mostly incompetent and went along with it as they too were party to getting their bonus, whilst at the same time reducing any talent or capability. Ironically almost none of them had an IT background either. You can’t manage what you don’t understand and that’s not a spreadsheet. Their disdain for customers away obvious and only really drilling out what they could eke out from them, not support or improve them. Result - running down of customer base and trust. Everyone knew it.

He was busy with his Maserati.
at least it frees up the two closest parking spaces to the entrance to the N Ryde office (it was two spaces marked with traffic cones as he never allowed another car to park too close to his Maserati). They can be allocated to Disabled Drivers so something useful to come out of this ...

So who is warming the seat or are they going to import a toe cutter ?
I hear insurance is in the toilet there on numbers given recent contract losses in ANZ. Some key staff leaving in Asia too.

Are both definitely gone?
The speed and timing of this makes it suspicious for sure, with no obvious succession plan or structured handover. Though no real growth and losing business there I hear so cant play the shell game they did. So the next middle management layer must go too. That said planning and structure can hardly be expressed as DXC strong points. .

Both resigning at the same time? Its impropriety or financial irregularity.

that’s two long-term execs leaving in a short time. anz cfo left too, citing ‘personal reasons.’ could be bonus-related.

There must have finally been some uncovering of the manipulation of the numbers that happens every year to get their frocks. Hey, might get some WFR if I’m lucky.
