In an attempt to cheer myself up, I started looking for mendacious anagrams of "Michael Salvino". Below are some initial findings:

If you bother to read the replies below, you'll see this post was made by an ex-DXC employee.

So what possible justification do you have for stating the current DXC situation is down to:

  1. Existing staff who are overpaid.
  2. A needy bunch in a high cost location.
  3. Staff who have limited tech skills.

None of these factors relate to the reason someone chose to make this post.

Well this post clearly documents the current dxc situation. 1. Essentially an overpaid, needy bunch in high cost locations with limited tech skills and limited new business. This group drags the company down in every opportunity and DXC has realized this and effectively trying to fix this (country regulations etc. Will take time to grind this).

  1. Another bunch working hard, understanding the company is turning the corner - DXC is Growing the skill sets and employees in locations where we can serve the customers and and make a decent margin to survive. This is work in progress.

All it’s really simple. if you don’t like the way you’re treated at DXC a then go find another job at another company !

I am doing the same safer February with a 8.75% increase , even more vacation time that I have now and health benefits

STOP a itching on this site, it won’t do you any good anyway!

Hypocritical. Launches a DXC cares campaign at the same time as cutting staff wages by 10%. I’ve still yet to discover a company in the U.K. that failed to give staff a cost of living rise never mind merit increase in the last 12 months.
