Have you seen all the Indian new hires of late, Yes on the AWS Teams and Workplace they are hiring. But each new hire is wanting training in AWS , Azure, if DXC had brains they would hire people with this know how already.
DXC is trying to be Value add for AWS and Azure and Google Cloud ,but still is buying hardware so it can't make ups its mind what kind of company its wants to be. Pick one and sell off the other already!
ALL hands? We in AMS hasn't had an all hands in months as leadership is afraid tp have a meeting / Mike S McShoutly is afraid to show his lying face

TBH this has been true of every leader of CSC/DXC that I've experienced....
I often wonder if I was placed in such a position whether I'd just fill my own pockets too...
M1 was a blatant out and out money grabber, M2... I think he's slightly different. I think he came along imagining he could change things for the better, discovered he couldn't (for whatever reason and I genuinely don't understand why that is) and switched to "hide and loot" mode.... I mean where is he? Despite piling on the cash, he's literally nowhere to be seen at all.
This is the longest any CEO I've worked for has been hidden. Is he dead but still collecting his salary???
PS technically if you are ex-CSC we are on M3 now - the OG Mike was also a bandit.... bit of a theme here.... "old Mike was bad, lets get a new Mike!"
With the damage that has been done to employee morale and motivation by the endless WFR and endless lies coming out of Tysons, I can understand why most DXC employees will now do pretty much what's described in the clip.
I guess Shouty doesn't understand how much harm he's done to morale and by extension to DXC. I assume he also doesn't care, just so long as he keeps getting huge wedges of cash for himself while telling everyone in DXC to work harder so that his cash keeps on coming his way.
The problem is that for a lot of us, "doing minimum" is ultimately not very rewarding. If you really want a career then you accept that you're going to have to work, and work hard. Of course, DXC is the wrong place to do this, as no amount of hard work will bring you any rewards or help you to develop your career.
So, as a DXC employee you have two choices:
- Do minimum. Go to work each day, get paid, and wait for WFR.
- Leave. Go somewhere else, work hard, earn lots more money, and build your professional career.
