They're leaving in droves now before it gets worse. Which is hard to imagine. Better get while the gettin's good folks.

@23g up to you. I've poached 3 and none of bottom of the barrel. They are just tired of the BS. More will follow.
@22k I'm good, thanks 😘
@1v5 if you're staying, the joke's on you. Lemmings follow blindly.
@1v0 if true, you're getting the bottom of the barrel, so joke's on you! 😝
@ey I'm hiring them! ;)
@13a outside counsel offers the real protection to management and the company. HR are just a bunch of skirts for the execs to glare at.
The purpose of the HR dept is to protect management and the company. If you're rank & file, don't ever assume they're on your side.
Dear Met: Fire the entire HR. They are completely useless.
JUST IN: Bolt CEO fired the company’s entire HR team because they were “creating problems that didn’t exist.”
Meh. He's 62. Has some time.
As long as the total shareholder return is decent, he's golden. I view him as a sloganeer rather than someone that actually innovates, but the board must like him. He su-ks up properly.
CEO's compensation is about 22 million. Nice work, if you can get it.

@gy I doubt they will replace him anytime soon. They love his lackadaisical approach; it keeps the company out of the headlines. 😴
Did they jump or were they pushed? It’s the same every year under this CEO. Is the Board actually letting CEO get to 65 or will they replace him?
Cool story. Where are you seeing this?
Any more specifics?
