Back to the Office?!

Anyone got the scoop on who’s going back? Supposed to hear by end of month, but someone might have some intel. Just curious!

There is no way they can assign restroom times. Be realistic.

Sounds like a lot more fuss and financial burden to send people back and enforce all that. For a company so keen on cutting costs they should let employees who have been remote for a year stay remote. Silliest thing I ever heard.

@1uqm+1a0xVcmc excessive restrictions due to a virus that has a mortality rate among working age individuals that is a fraction of a percent are a great reason to complain.

Hey, look at it this way! Maybe since there will be no microwaves and refrigerators for our use and no cafeteria or stores maybe we will get nifty Allstate coolers to keep our bologna sandwiches nice and fresh in.

I suppose if I may ask the poster going out and getting lunch or delivery in is frowned upon and would require us going through the whole check in and temp checks each time we come back to into the building?

From my understanding all roles that were in office at Hudson before pandemic will be doing hybrid 3 days in/2 days wirk from home. Work from home before pandemic will remain full work from home. There are very few areas going back full time in office in Hudson unless specific roles require or performance ratings and behaviors from home cause the need to be full in office for performance and/or behavioral reform.

I'll be finding a full time remote job if it comes to those requirements

What about offices that are shared with other tenants? This is crazy. How are they going to control others in the building going to the bathroom ? They going to segregate us?

I won’t be cleaning my desk before and after. Not my job. Doesn’t sound pleasant. Response seems a little dramatic. I guess we’ll see.

They are going to announce Hudson by the end if April. But people are not going to like the new office life. One way corridors and hallways, no community kitchen areas, no community microwaves and refrigerators, distanced work pods, no cafeterias and lunchrooms, required sign ins and temp checks every day, masks at all times, required deep clean of desks and workstations before and after clocking out of your shift so plan on being in the building for an hour more each day, assigned restroom times per employee to avoid crowds. These are all things that building management have give us so far in terms of changes and restrictions in Hudson so your campus may vary.
