If she is claiming it, it must be true....they suckered her in by promotions into middle management then they hatched their sinister plan to make her kiss a pig.....

SF and third party partners share SPI. For them to trash employees for doing that is a show and deceitful. And quite ridiculous units and an east way to deface the accuser. Sick mafia legal folks do this.

" we are short staffed (due to not hiring for 2 years)and cannot afford to have people not be on the phones there fo-e do training on the weekday then you have to put 7.75 hours of non optional over time per week for the next 3 months until everyone has had their training, and there will be no PTO for the next 3 months"
how do I know? this happened in September with CCC training and just ended today.
I used to like training it meant a nice break but now? he-l no ... it means no only forced overtime but since people are actively training we become further short staffed thus making us be further behind on work thus high hold times thus angry customers yelling at you all the time.

There are two types of people at the company. Some people saw racism and will admit it, and some people saw racism but were too ignorant to recognize it or are too stubborn to admit it. It's been a long time coming for something like this, and the reckoning will be rough but necessary.

As a true victim of age,race and s-x discrimination this particular case is a bit fishy. I me er pushed it as far and this case is not got a bunch of cash. Perhaps should have bit this case is being choreographed weird.
Sounds like she was made an offer but perhaps is being exploited to exaggerate with way extreme stories. It's called race baiting a lots money flow (legal system is as corrupt as Insurance companies)
She should have stopped when she got her offer.

Despite SF’s response, the EEOC did find in favor of the woman and recommended that SF pay her $464k in lost wages and damages. When SF rejected the settlement recommendation of the EEOC the former employee was then free to file lawsuit. I’m curious as to SF’s response to the fact that the EEOC has turned the case over to their legal department for criminal charges against SF. I’m also crazy curious to see if this case has any effect on the Chicago class action against SF for illegally denying claims based on the race of policy holders.
The EEOC began the investigation on this in 2016 and released their findings against SF in February 2021. It’s not like they made their findings or recommendations quickly. It’s also not possible to argue this investigation and their findings took place under a woke democratic administration since it took place under Trump’s EEOC.
Plenty of discrimination cases are nonsense. But, this one has actual weight and evidence to support her claims against SF. It will be interesting to see how the case unfolds and what evidence is presented. SF has become increasingly toxic, it’s not a huge leap that this form of racial discrimination is possible at SF.

Apparently the SPI she shared..is the actual evidence of racism these fools perpetuate.
Clearly they know they were wrong hence the measley settlement offer.

If some AA retirees are contacted, I’m sure there could be some supporting stories. People have to choose their battles to protect their families so many just ride silently into the sunset.
I watched the press conference. What she is describing actually did happen in Michigan. A friend told me about it a while ago. I think there is about to be more lawsuits brought forth. That thing about “filling the cup” has class action written all over it. It seems to me she was getting her ducks in a row to expose the racism and discrimination. When the id--ts in charge found out they fired her. This should be interesting.
I am aware of 2 terminations that involved SPI. One was a SF spouse sending info to her non-SF spouse for his business. The other was a SF employee using SPI for a side business.
Wondering if the SPI was included in or a part of the evidence she needed to prove her case?
Her termination was probably retaliation but her sending the SPI was the justifiable reason used to fire her …either way she has a long road ahead of her.
They say she shared sensitive and confidential personal customer AND employee information outside of SF. So what exactly was she doing sending customer/employee info out? Who received the info and for what reasons?
In my 30 years here I have only seen a very few fired and it was for stealing and getting into claims they should not have…..I’m sure there is more……
Apparently there is some actual evidence of racism. Maybe this will show Jake from State Farm and Chris Paul that they are being used for optics by this monster!!
I’ll be surprised if she wins. Best believe they are going to dig up every minuscule thing she ever did incorrectly or may have done incorrectly to justify her termination. We’ll see what happens…but if definitely looks bad…and people are tired!
