Apparently in one of the other campuses a trainee snapped and sent a distasteful email to the whole class saying mean things about them all then quit. While also hiring someone with known identity fraud charges. Hmm

As a prior pipeline instructor, myself, that is a true statement. They can't fill classes to capacity to save their lives. Especially in AZ and CO. And those that do get a good amount typically loose almost half by the time they get to the phones.

Not surprised. A friend of mine is a pipeline instructor and she says USAA is having to scrape the bottom of the barrel of the applicant pool because nobody wants to work here.
