How is it a BS post? You get an email, you take the training and then do the attestation. It's neither here nor there.

Don't answer it? It's an attestation. If you don't answer, you can be fired for cause.

The "leadership" just can't stand it that some of their people are finding success outside of their control.
It's the same psychological flaw that drives the whole RTO mentality.

nope. I am pretty sure they would be happy if I had another job. I'm a stickler for the rules, calling people out when there is massive integrity issues and when there are lies that will take down the department. I am not liked.
