Curious if any have had success with gaining either medical or religious exemption and accommodation?

Everyone I know who put in an exemption religious or medical were approved without issue. I guess some other orgs are making it more difficult for some.
No one gives two sh11ts about your phony antivaxx exemption. Stay home, become irrelevant, get laid off. Leave running the business behind to those that possess more than half of a brain.

HR must be taking lessons from the board of directors. As it stands if they let me stay that’s okay. If they force me out that okay too. I have a valid medical reason and all those who got a vaccine should be thankful. It’s people like me that proved a vaccine as safe or not.

I have officially been accommodated !! The department has given me accommodations as WELL! Today is a GREAT DAY (I commented earlier ) I’m not the OP THAT CREATED THIS post , but I wanted to let you guys know that is waiting for a reply , to keep your head up! I am union too , FYI 😀.

Sorry to break your heart this morning BUT, I received my approval letter last night for my exemption from JA. It is now moved on to my manager . Those of you who are still waiting be ENCOURAGED! The OP that posted on another post about HR not getting back to union members with approvals until NOVEMBER was spot on! The Op also noted that they were NOT waiting on denials so if you did not get a denial , know that that is a Great sign! Keeping those still waiting in thoughts and prayers!

1st pass religious exemption approved, must renew in 6mo. Additional ppe needed if in office currently WFH. Decided to leave in Nov. Due to the policies being pushed down.. Just needed to buy some time..good luck in 2022 for those who stay.

Name some . Are you going off what the tv says as far as actual doctors ? What about Immunologists . Pathologists ? Biologists ? Names please . And outside of your own personal primary care doctor please and thank you (Gupta doesn’t count either ) for the record there are actual , nameable doctors with specialties in immunizations and biology that ARE ADVISING AGAINST the shots . There are those of us that are choosing to believe THOSE doctors

Thank goodness the dregs of our org - which remained due to incompetent management - were finally purged by the vax mandate. Sadly (I guess), one of them was three days away from retirement and died of covid. I guess it saves the pension plan some!

The truth is the COVID-19 vaccines do not contain any aborted fetal cells. However, fetal cell lines – cells grown in a laboratory based on aborted fetal cells collected generations ago – were used in testing during research and development of the mRNA vaccines, and during production of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
The cell lines used for testing are so far removed for the original fetal tissue (obtained decades ago), it's amusing that people use this as an excuse. Even the Catholic church, the pope have condoned it's use as morally acceptable. You may read the full text here.

Scripture holds precedence over ANY HUMAN interpretation of a religious leader. THAT BEING SAID, scripture says to "obey GOD RATHER THAN MEN", an that includes religious leader opinions. Scripture also states your "body is your temple" and you were "bought with a price" keep it pure!

I did get my religious exemption as did my friends. We are Managers that WFH. The exemption is a Job accommodation and is valid for the Biden mandate for federal contracts. However it was only approved for 6 months so who knows what will happen after they expire. The Vax contains fetus cells from abortions and the basis for our exemption.
