@1z2 we need to dump stop loss business we are losing our shirts!!! And we have 29% of the MA market bc every other carrier bailed when biden passed his ma bill so it would help to have less there but Id be shocked if they turn that bus around. Commercial FI has been dwindling- we should have never gotten back into the exchanges after we exited the first time- the sickest people lowest premium you can never make money. And clearly Medicaid is over now that expansion is gone and eligibility criteria adds to admin costs. What model is left?

Yes, I heard 10K associates will be impacted this month. Mostly NYC and MN. They are reducing a lot in UHG and UHC. Optum is becoming the primary business. Also heard we may exit parts of UHC business model.

Has anyone heard if the Quality Field Operations teams will be affected ?

@1pd I have not seen anything specifically saying there will be layoff, just people saying they heard or they saw. I have not seen anything on Tik Tok either. What would you suggest I search for to see since you know so much? We are all here for info so no need to be snarky about it!!!!
