The India covid surge has shut down Pune call centers which are on the outskirts of Mumbai. Reliable sources tell me TW had a staff meeting major meltdown when Pune started shutting down, no contingency planning and short staffed in U.S. due to a severely botched layoff process. Look for more U.S. hiring in claims, a halt to layoffs and GS hitting the street. TW is in trouble and heads are about to roll. Not his of course, because he is the wizard behind the curtain. Pune call centers a " ghost town".

I don’t know how true what OP is saying, but I can definitely say they are truthful about the Covid shutting Pune down. They are training already short staffed department on dispatch to cover.

Not true. Pune shifted to WFH at the height of Covid. While they went back to the office, they can shift to WFH during outbreak

It would be the best move TW ever made. As a front line employee, that may literally be the only way I get motivated to bust my a$$ for this place again. Glenn is poison to our culture, customers, and employees!
