I dont know anything but have received 2 emails today for higher ups leaving and divisions shifting.
My .02 is that something is coming.

@1tp They can't implement that level of AI into work lol. Many companies are far more advanced. Here, they're more advanced in laying off people, more politics, slow work pace.
@1k1 Executives don't care about employee morale else they would not be talking about the 4th round of layoffs in 5 years. We wouldn't be talking about offshore of jobs to India and other GCCS. They wouldn't be planning to cut more jobs once they think AI can replace even more workers.
TransUnion will continue to cut until they can't.
May be on hold temporarily due to employee morale being at an all time low especially after the Nov 2025 layoffs that let go talented employees across the globe. Several ppl in TU India got good hike and promotions recently for no good reason.
So my guess is that its on hold for now. The bigger question is Do you want to work with this kn--e hanging on your head?

Spoke to the HR who I know personally, she neither denied or confirmed the layoffs but she asked me start looking for opportunities outside. She herself is looking for better opportunities.

@t5 even the HR manager tells the same. Unofficially. No one has a positive outlook for the future.
@pm As usual my Director keeps saying start we don't know when but start looking out for job outside and don't rely here. So, I guess it's coming.
