Is there a program in Belgium? What is the target and what are they offering?
If you don’t like how you’re treated at DXC , then find another position and let your colleagues know of opportunities and m this site.
For the last 5 years people have been complaining about DXC but you still stay , you’re not slaves. Find something better if you can and if you can’t shut the duck up
I left in January 2023 and already received 2 cost of living increases
lots of layoffs underway - at the senior VP level as the Accenture failures are (finally) removed from the org. Unfortunately DXC is struggling to attract good replacement execs due to its dreadful reputation as the place where your career goes to die, so is resorting to filling the roles with the next level down of Accenture mid-level failures.
Belgium started
