I’m polishing my resume right now. Also, I’m not training my replacement. I would if they would pay me extra for that, consultant fee per hour. I’ll make sure I’m already having another job lined up by then.

And what true-blue American company are you referring to? The last I checked, the only companies with the insular mindset you’’re looking for is Harley-Davidson and WeatherTech (the one that creates those floor liners for those monster pick up trucks)….Good luck finding the perfect all-American company….
So, lemme get this straight. You are being paid by an employer to do a specific job. Then they instruct you to train someone to do such and such, also as part of your job, for your salary. The salary that they are paying you to do what you are instructed to do. But you just up and decide, you are not going to do what is instructed, but whatever you want to do? And you expect another employer down the line to actually have a minute shred of respect for your type, character, actions, and offer you a job? Just trying to clear this all up, let me know where I'm wrong.
Already have a 2nd interview lined up, hope Chevron's US investors all decide to sell and support a company that supports US assets with US based employees.
