Ironic to watch the Workday CEO on Mad Money with Jim Cramer tonight. Quite a blowhard but convincing salesman by name of Eschenbach. Any failures must be Allstates typical arrogance to try and customize off the shelf products. Maybe Toohey wanted to downplay the DEI work and Tom disagreed as a liberal leader?

We have gone through 4 CHRO’s in the past 7 years (Greg, Christy, Carrie, now Bob) bad sign, very bad sign 😕

The Workday move and rollout was, and still is, atrocious. I have no idea if it’s related to Bob leaving, but I would like to think so.

Poor hiring practices by leader that thinks and believes he is always smartest one in room.

Question for retired director: Is it the talent that Tom hires, or is it Tom?

Retired Director here. Hands down, Tom has terrible track record of recruiting and retaining talent at executive levels. He bats about .200 with hiring solid talent that will move company forward.

Reminds me - why are NatGen emails treated as “external” still? The deal went down almost 4 years ago now.

Happens when you botch a major release. Workday 2024

Rinse and repeat. Each CHRO seems to have an 18-24 month shelf life working for sweatshop Tom. Literally one of the worst senior executive jobs in the Fortune 500.

When is Bob’s last day? Kind of surprised there wasn’t a press release.

They made her play that little Tetris puzzle game and the personality quiz and she didn’t score high enough.

“Our level”? Do you think everyone reading this site is the same band level (yours) and in the same part of the company? You must be an adjuster LOL.

Not all that shocking. Who would really want to work for this company?

Why do you care? Doesn’t really impact our level. Give it a rest.
