Did you all see the email about the EVP/CHRO of Human Resources is leaving????? Wow this is alarming, this is the second VP leaving. It seems like the turnover rate at this company is intensely increasing

Ironic to watch the Workday CEO on Mad Money with Jim Cramer tonight. Quite a blowhard but convincing salesman by name of Eschenbach. Any failures must be Allstates typical arrogance to try and customize off the shelf products. Maybe Toohey wanted to downplay the DEI work and Tom disagreed as a liberal leader?
We have gone through 4 CHRO’s in the past 7 years (Greg, Christy, Carrie, now Bob) bad sign, very bad sign 😕
The Workday move and rollout was, and still is, atrocious. I have no idea if it’s related to Bob leaving, but I would like to think so.
Poor hiring practices by leader that thinks and believes he is always smartest one in room.

Retired Director here. Hands down, Tom has terrible track record of recruiting and retaining talent at executive levels. He bats about .200 with hiring solid talent that will move company forward.
Reminds me - why are NatGen emails treated as “external” still? The deal went down almost 4 years ago now.

Rinse and repeat. Each CHRO seems to have an 18-24 month shelf life working for sweatshop Tom. Literally one of the worst senior executive jobs in the Fortune 500.
