GB and her minions / cronies are the cause of mental health distress and unwellness. Not sure where she comes off sending the communication out...when she and hers are the cause.This is an oxymoron for certain.

And no one who values their job will DARE to reply with a negative comment asking about what’s she’s doing for all those affected by the “business realignment”
@1snn+1t1yKm3a I can only imagine how busy the legal department must be these days, between lawsuits for age discrimination from all the older workers who were RIF'd (yes I know it is hard to prove but doesn't mean it isn't happening or people aren't filing), and the families who are distraught (hopefully not from a worker ending it all, but obviously these org moves have been really damaging to people's lives for so many people -- there are surely people with claims). Legal department might be the one department that isn't going to lose any FTEs, due to addressing all the cases/claims.
I viewed the op-ed as a CYA also. The timing of it after the posts on this site is just sooooo obvious. Trying to have something to use in arbitration/court in case an employee does take their life after losing their job and a family sues the company.

They have had to do multiple wellness checks due to layoffs. They've had people even on here talk about sui-idal thoughts. Laywers probably told them to send out the stupid care emails. She certainly does not care. Cunting isn't easy.
Just saw that op-ed. Agree...oxymoron for certain.
