Aside from data center outsourcing which DXC gets mixed reviews in (3.5), Gartner generally gives most of DXC's services a 4.0 or better. With the way posters on this board talk I would've expected 3 starts to be the cap. This trend holds true regardless of if its a vendor sponsored review or a Gartner one. I also see similar trend with employee reviews, outside of UKI and certain parts of EMEA DXC is just an average system integrator. Like I've said before I have an English language Bias so id appreciate if anyone has other sources or ideas.

ITO being a dumpster fire, what 🐂 💩 ITO , storage and backup keeps our customers
Because DXC provides good service to our customers , no matter how horrible they treat the employees
Because you only post on this site. Post on linkedin, X , Facebook and this site if you really want to be heard. Wtf are you that d-mb
@1sgd+1tPOaqSz its obviously not why do you think I'm even on this site? I'm trying to gather as much information as possible.
I'm just telling you that pretty much everyone rigs those things like gartner. They are worthless.
If that's the limit of your vendor analysis then good luck to you.
@1vxb+1tPOaqSz I don't see what incentive Gartner has to lie. Especially on the non-vendor sponsored reviews. Afterall what customer would buy the service if the data is fictitious. Also anecdotally the data makes sense. DXC's anaylitcs and engineering offerings gets the highest score while datacenter out sourcing gets the lowest. This would aligns with what people here say about Luxoft being decent and ITO being a dumpster fire.
It's quite simple, you arrange for a handful of customers you have in your pocket to step forward and write some positive stuff. It's not like even dxc have totally unhappy clients all over. Some get the gold standard service... Super cheap. Those are loss makers but we still keep them.
Just need enough to drown out the less savoury reviews.
Everyone does it, don't believe gartner or any other similar things.
Corrupted execs and managers getting backhanders to post positive reviews
@ntp+1tPOaqSz How exactly? Even if they are some how coerced by Gartner, what's to say that the individual is forced to submit a positive review? Gartner tells you if the source is invited to leave feedback by the themselves, the vendor (DXC) or organically. Even adjusting for these sources the feedback really doesn't change that much.
You imagine gartner can't be stacked with coerced reviews?
It can and it is and not just by dxc, the whole thing is rotten.
