I would tell them no, even in India.

@1s8 OpenText is like Del Griffith in this quote from Planes, Trains and Automobiles…
"I could tolerate any insurance seminar. For days, I could sit there and listen to them go on and on with a big smile on my face. They'd say, "How can you stand it?" I'd say, "'Cause I've been with Del Griffith. I can take anything." You know what they'd say? They'd say, "I know what you mean.“
Contrarian view here:
Consider it.
If you experience a toxic employer such as OTEX early in your career, you will be more tolerant of imperfect future employers. Most are likely to be superior.
Believe me, encountering an employer like OTEX late-middle career is quite disturbing.
We just celebrated 35 years but on the 50th anniversary there will be no employees. We’ll drink the champagne while we can but others shouldn’t join the party.
You can do so much better.
If you like selling fiction to customers, OpenText is the place for you. Sometimes fiction does become true, but most of the time the promises result in a tragedy or a comedy depending on how you look at it and if you are affected. Mark thinks he is the GOAT but his time has passed and OpenText need a new leader with a realistic vision vs hyperbole.
You'd be happier at McDonald's getting shakes thrown at you.
RUN AWAY & DON'T LOOK BACK AT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY .
RUN
OT employees do have fun https://www.instagram.com/p/DJzGCCPTg__/?igsh=bm10YWQ3Z2N6c3hw
The best outcome for this company would be to shut down—stop harming employees and customers.
Better to work at any other company than hoping things will improve here while visionless MB still in charge.
Run Forrest, RUN!!!
