Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Remember the MM announcement about a new Defense Space SBU?

Fact: MM presented the concept to Darius about a month ago. DARIUS SAID NO!

Everyone knows government is keeping Honeywell afloat. I’m sure Darius knows what’s best for the Honeywell portfolio;.......not. I guess paper masks is our future:)

Wrong, spacex is building far more than launch vehicles and now has the most capable satellite team in the business. Other than exotic tech like stealth they will soon own low earth orbit.

. Space-X will never have the domain knowledge of LM.....

Maybe that’s not a bad thing. SpaceX are in the launch business, doubt they will ever build anything that’s not starlink related satellite wise.

Plus SpaceX are more forward thinking than LM.

Too bad, I live in a state without a mask mandate and I don't plan on wearing HON masks. Guess I am not a #futureshaper

Why there will be no honeywell space sbu?
SBIRS BY LOCKHEED – 6 sattelites, 3.2B each.
SBIRS by Spacex – 4 sattelites, 37M each.
At that price point there is no room for a nonprime to make money.
Better to just license any ip needed.

There is no space business outside of spacex. Im just waiting for them to pitch reusable ICBMs.
