Does Raul work at DXC

The guy has been at DXC nearly 1 year, he knew in March that the pay review was to be completed. He has been on several calls and each VP contradicts another on pay review.

He has no clue of what is going on in the company, and has no ba--s to lead from the front to say what the raises should be after 6 months of in decision.

When he is at DXC he is just travelling the world, and the rest of his time is spent on his sports business.

This type on non leadership wasn't what the shareholders were looking for.

Raul get a grip and start working at DXC, the raise anouncement needs to be made by you in September. Stop this bullsh-t.

They need to stop ba----g at the Finchy and get some proper work done.

I feel sorry for her, it was just Salvino before, now it seems there's a whole load of them at it.

Constant trips abroad, without any valid progress, so obvious they are abusing things.

As for Row-Hull he should not be running the Sports business on DXC time.

This company has no leader its so clear. They need someone who is going to be positive and motivate the folks.

You people better learn how business are run, no wonder you don’t see any pay increases as you all don’t have ducking clue ‘

Raul knows what he’s doing, you sorry saps will stay forever as long as the carrot for redundancy is out there. You have no back bone, either leave and find a employer who will meet your needs or shut the duck up already

By the way I already left and have received 3 pay increases in 606 days and one more is in the books for January 2025

They know exactly how much cash is being deposited into their respective bank accounts. They ALL are just KLEPTOCRATS: a ruler (C-Suite'er) who uses political power to steal his or her country's (company's) resources. So either you're happy with your current salary and STAY....or EJECT!! Quit posting about chite that's NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN! NO RASIES AT DXC!!!! @1rwj+1uFcUDLl All Mary does is looking at ceilings and getting hammered for her 5 million. She doesn't actually produce anything that's been like that for 6 years, she's never ever done a pay review on time. She's incapable.

For Raul his failed, no leadership whatsoever, he was brought in to grow the company and has failed miserably on that.

He can't make any announcements, and he can't use that famous excuse I've only been in the job x days...

Do you actually expect management to have a clue what's going on. Their only job is to make sure the staff who do the work and drive things forward are happy. It's quite simple. Offer a pay rise, treat everyone fairly, say thank you, well done and look we gave you a DXC mouse mat isn't this a great company. But they forgot all that. Managers don't manage here, they had all the tools for doing that taken away from them.

He was on two townhalls were he let 2 of his senior leaders contradict each other on the topic of raises, he was more interested in threatening staff. I guess the numbers are so poor and he can't buy back any more shares to falsify the numbers so his obscene bonus is in danger.

Apart from the su-k ups in HR and MarComms does anyone have any faith in any DXC leader?

Its nearly October and he still hasn't made an announcement which should have been made in March/April.

Everyone knows Mary is useless you can't leave anything to her.

Stop globetrotting and make a announcement if your a leader.
