- Talent Development: Hire your friends from your previous company. For example: P&C CRO hiring his two friends from American Family. Both at VP level and they both get opportunity to work remotely from Wisconsin. And USAA will pay for their travel expenses.
Similarly, I can’t wait for the new Bank CRO to help out his laid off friends (Yes, his previous company Citi is planning to layoff 20k employees) and bring them to USAA. They will probably get to work remote too. Current EMG in Bank better start looking for new roles or you might get Wolfed (if you know you know).
