Can't wait to get there smile and slap everyone on the back on how happy I am. Of course I am planning my series look on topics with the head-winds of supply chain, FX currency, and will enthusiastically nod on how lucky we are to have such glorious leaders with remarkable stewardship in these challenging times.

I have my Q1 RIF list ready, mitigation plan ready for missed revenue, and will work closely with Finance to make sure the bonus targets are met.

My secret super-power is HIPAC donations to ensure we get the influence required for more outsourcing, rooftop reductions, headcount reductions in NA, the EU, and select high earners. My 5 year STRAP plan consist of outsourcing operations with contract manufacturers, licensing our brand name, service as a service modeling (of course this is outsourced), big bets on quantum crypto block chain trends, paying suppliers once a year and by the minute invoicing to customers with 200 turns on cash. Maybe a stock buy back and spin off some of the lines of businesses we have destroyed. Target revenue flat to declining, but the bonus structure is 5X.

5% additional on top of the already generous MIP, as well as a slew of b¥ttkiss points from the CH suites, and tons of atta-boys from your fellow comrades, if you describe in detail how you saw all hope leave the faces of the band 3 and below employees you RIFFED right before the holidays! Keep up the good work! Don’t even bother drinking the $500 champagne at the table, just pour it down the drain and get another! Our hard work paid for that anyway! Boo yah!

Make sure to show that throughout the RIF-ing and PIP-ing of the people that were actually value added work, you maintained a sociopath level of ZERO empathy for the people whose lives you have destroyed as a manager. They will be sure to reward you, and give you the "opportunity" to destroy more sc-m employees BEFORE Christmas, cut that....Fall Q4 RIF Celebration! Cheerio! :-)
