Someone please explain to a out side tech, how a pots small business customer has Disconnect order written and then completed, opens a case of trouble for no Dial tone, and repair calls the tech to say they are either lying or incompetent. Because one can find the completed D order .. even though it’s in Foms/Fusa… can someone elaborate on this??

DTL was just a "keep busy" task given to mostly those who were on the RIF lists. Probably would have been better to hire in Tony Robbins to give weekly all-hands pep talks. He's very entertaining to listen to.

Repai agents should not be calling techs and harassing them. Some departments like cag and repair have become very aggressive. I reported things to the integrity line but never heard back.
Soooo, to give an update.. turns out the customer in question was / had been a wholesale customer, who was turned off for non pay. No where on the ticket did it reference wholesale, (Thanks salesforce) our screening was unrelenting in issuing repairs for this NON customer
We Had to take screen shots of the D order that were In Dispatch portal and then through our supervisor send those to the Marketing director for our state ( thank goodness for all those Quantum breakfasts..). in order to get the customer in contact with someone in sales.. .. Gawed.. is this place is hosed!!
It's due to the classic line: The blind leading the blind all the way down to the competent tech! Couldn't tell you how many high level escalations I have been involved with where there are 5+ different "group" managers and the tech is the only competent one on the call! Is it any wonder to anyone else why EVERY repair task is escalated around here anymore?!?! Such a toxic culture they have built and seemingly getting worse on every implementation they do. Live within your means and family plan for the worse with your remaining time there. God bless to all still left in the swamp going forward!
I have seen some of the AI tools in works. They are freaking joke look like some high school project. Takes month to get something simple put in and then it still breaks and has bugs. The amount of BS this leadership spews out in market calls. Either they are being totally lied to or are desperately painting a false image

But Lumen is a "tech" company, right? Whatever spew the SLT is saying, the markets understand what Lumen is and what it is not. Stock price is a golden KPI on this matter. Lumen is a non-performing company. Soon the investors will be knocking on the doors of the board members. Then another 20 alarm fire drill happens. Thank goodness Level3 brought in all their debt and their org chart where everyone was a "Senior Director" of nothing.
Not only are they laying off people like crazy, they appear to be firing customers too.
So many mass disconnects. I wonder how stockholders would feel if they saw all this with their own eyes.

Use Kate's AI tool, type in "disconnect Mary Johnson", and like magic the customer gets disconnected. Maybe that AI tool is being used by hackers? Windstream went down, and now AT&T again. Maybe Lumen is being targeted and the Black Lotus Labs will do a write-up 10 months from now.
