We got sc--wed on MIP this year and looks like it's already going to be a lot worse next year! They also changed the percentages for 2025 and didn't tell anyone! Tried to sneak that in....... SF keeps getting better! Lord help you SF if the economy starts doing really well in the next year or two....your continued games, lies and cheats will catch you!

After what your VP did NO ONE IN ANY LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BONUS MONIES PERIOD!!!! Yall play that way you deserve to pay punitive damages. Liars, sneaks, and thieves are inbred with each other.

@r9+1. Well said and spot on. This is exactly how the leadership sells you a false narrative for their benefit. Proud of how you called them out. Nicely done. Leadership who does that to their subordinates are not leaders rather a huge liability to the mission and vision of the enterprise. Inherent self destruction.

"MIP is routinely lower than EIP and has been for years, it’s the other way around, leadership gets sc--wed. For EIP, only need to hit a production goal. MIP is a much harder calculation, it’s based on employee satisfaction (through surveys), customer satisfaction (through measurements), profitability (not just production), expense management and a host of other difficult to achieve metrics. "

False!,
Employee EIP includes customer satisfaction, Profitability not just production, Expense management (expense ratio) and a host of other difficult to achieve metrics, "the difficult to achieve metrics" are 90% the same, yes they do have minor differences as much as it would be expected of Management to be responsible for but nothing out there, and don't try to cry crocodile tears trying to convince employees your bonus is less than regular employees , it is in fact much much higher amount as Management bonus is in another higher tier all together.

for an employee expense reduction has a different meaning that management, for management expense reduction means less employees so the more they get rid of the better the bonus, the more they reduce the budge the better their bonus, ask yourselves why no Christmass party last year, if employees are back in the office why do they skimp on everything, have you noticed they do anything possible to avoid expending any of their monthly allotment that is supposed to be used for their teams, all you get is what a measly $10 gift card? and not even from your direct management but from the company , what happens to their monthly budget if not spent? who gets a bonus for not spending anything? CEO has billions underwriting loss and the company just squeezes everything out from employees instead of wasting more funds in bad decisions while getting paid millions, dont cry me a river and dont pretend your bonus is less than the employees....

To the person who says management gets more MIP to sc--w the little guy. Typical words of someone who is cynical, lacks self awareness and doesn’t know what they are talking about.

Beaurocracy is heavy in insurance. Only way to limit it is take a chainsaw to it. SF needs to be enlightened that they serve at the will and pleasure of the policyholder and NOT to line their pockets. See definition of a mutual company. The bonuses are not commensurate of serving the policyholder.

Those 6 figure people are the ones that create the opportunity for everyone else.

@h6+1. No because that's the way it should be. Those people deserve a liveable wage instead of the big 6 digits who provide no benefit to the customers.
