Agile? It's a manual process that is way past its prime that is easily replaced with the new Aigile.
You best get onboard with Aigile speak else your time at F5 is history.

It is very wrong someone manipulating vote count to negative. Possibly, Managers involved a set of people to hack into the site and voting negatively.
This should be stopped immediately.

Agile way of software development is just bogus. Remember early days of agile introduction, only couple of people opposed the movement. The argument was it is software “development” not “manufacturing”. The managements forcibly shout down the voice, with a new concept “with epics, stories written down, any engineer should be able to built any part of the epic aka story”. What a BS? Id--tic thought!!!
If you need a heart surgery an eye surgeon can do the same, ha ha.
Then 6 years latter management licking their own spits. Lick baby lick. As a result, they created ;
- new positions sram master (scam master), software development cowboys
- few developer get converted to Sarah leader etc etc
- everyday wastage of time with non productive work
- some people (punks) made money in the name of training
What a wastage! Come one be honest those folks accept the truth.
