What a wonderful job the internal IT did. Splendid accomplishments!
ERP consolidation to a single platform. Onetime DXC time. Merged all the disparate data center telco lines. Decommission of all old windows OS and hardware. Cloud right followed by cloud first into AWS and Azure. State of the art data lake. Just some accomplishments - to list a few. Value streams setup and fully functional!

Now I’m thinking plan was always three years and out, which is pretty bad. That’s a standard executive employment contract length which makes me wonder. Collect a big paycheck with likely severance at the end of the contract. Not much integrity there unless the new CEO can get someone to clean up the mess fast. If internal systems and data continue the way they are then RF better prepare 3 letters or just sell the company to a better company.
So end of value streamers? What a waste of money hiring 4 new VP's and promoting herself to SVP. Poor Owen's toasted to get her crony initiated in his position.
Nothing literally moved - but people got their salary regularly. No way this was sustainable.
With all the trips and connections - guess she will move to another co. to siphon off more dough.

Scapegoat. There is an investor lawsuit in the works over extended transformation costs. Coming in the new CEO roasted the previous CEO in a quarterly meeting saying the transformation was not completed as expected and they’ll need more millions in expense. ERP systems, or internal supply chain systems, have been a mess for decades. They only got worse when DXC was formed. Internal IT staff doesn’t have the knowledge and experience of teams who manage this for real clients. They don’t even know how a real business works. Therefore they have very badly configured systems making it difficult to run the business, hard to get even simple things done.
She left because she realised it was a sh-t company. Bitter management might like to suggested she was sacked. Nobody gets sacked in DXC. Management cannot justify letting people go and then complaining they don't have any resources to do the job. People who should have been dismissed long ago for their incompetence got a pay rise.

Kristie was a bit of a jet setter but actually reasonably good vs the people who did the job before her.
I've no idea why she's gone tbh.
Women should never take managerial positions let alone "leadership" roles.
Especially unattractive ones.

Take a look at her LinkedIn profile. In her « about » section, you will find almost every single phrase starts with « I » … clearly not a team player!

" town halls, then yes, she was certainly on a winning streak.
The only thing associated with this woman that was WINNING was her own visibility, period.
Good riddence! Was a waste of space. Attended all outside events (Washington CIO clubs blah blah blah), did some belly dancing around DEI, promptly visited all the countries with her senior leadership (read cronies). Guess couple of millions saved.
And what precisely did she deliver? Have you ever tried to find something on our Sharepoint? None of our proposal and project data is available for re-use in modeling? The growing diversity of systems must cost an arm and a leg. That person is completely invisible with the exception of the yearly survey

I’ll be surprised if she’s gone. She actually made some progress and has had good press coverage. She also visited teams in other countries recently. It looked as if she was on a winning streak.
