Make sure your mgr doesn’t try to get you to work for free. Any setup of equipment, finding the cube you reserved, check in or check out process to start your work day, or other tasks you are required to start your day in office or things you have to do to finish your day at work are things you should be paid for. Report any violations of that!

It’s going how it’s sounding. Miserable, irritable and flat out angry. It’s how they want us to be. That’s the point of this isn’t it? I’ve been barely getting things done in spite and I could care less.

It's been a sh-t show. I was more stressed, got barely anything done, my calls were disrupted by all the other calls going on around me bleeding into mine and visa versa, we are crammed in so close together it's like sitting on an airplane and trying to do work. I don't mind going into the office, it's nice to see everyone on a regular basis, but treat us like adults. Monitoring badge swipes, taking away garbage cans, making us waste 30 minutes every morning trying to book a desk by our team for the following week is such a waste of time. It's so obvious that this is all to reduce head count and avoid paying severance. The best thing we can all do is ride it out and force them to lay us off (and pay full severances). What a mess.

It’s the cold, no personal space or stuff allowed that gets me totally sick of it all. Like we are inmates at the penitentiary. Why are we the employees being punished? Tell me Andy why?

There was a snotty person a cube over from me hacking all day. Elcio can sc--w himself if he thinks I’m going to show up here again using the same keyboard as this mo-o. I’m not getting sick meanwhile Elcio is parading around in his personal office away from these nasty germ infested shared spaces.

Our spaces are depressing. Old furniture, old carpet, bleh paint colors. Seems like stuff was bought at a mix and match flea market

Wait until you see the desks and keyboards after H1B people use it for months. It's bad.

Even the Move Champions are sick of this. Let that sink in. They are making them do their dirty work but the move champions are disgusted.

Don't be mad at me but this is just all about getting people to quit. If you are miserable enough then they figure you will just quit and save them the expense of severance.

Front desk people are rude as he-l. This building is a dystopian corporate hellscape and couldn’t be more disorganized. Nothing is labeled, the desk numbering system is completely random, and there’s no way to hook up your headset. One of the monitors doesn’t even work where I had reserved. All good though, I’ll give them the lesser quality of work they asked for by forcing RTO.

@1fyp+1tD8ZjKF Go to he-l you dweeb. People like you in high positions is what’s wrong with this company. It’s gone to sh-t.

Gonna test the boundaries of this whole sh-t show. Not gonna stay the whole time when I come to the office and I’ll work from home as I please until I’m singled out in some way. If they are going to weigh our office attendance higher than any other metric in our reviews, then they effectively say that the actual WORK we do at WORK, isn’t as important to them as the chair we do it in…

Exactly… be grateful about USB. USB still a great company to work. The vibe is still there and there are lots of smart and caring people at the Top!

I like this, I've been coming in 3 days a week anyway, but now I get to see people that I've worked with and never got to meet in person. I know that it's probably painful for some to have to go into the office, but for someone newer to the bank it's nice to actually see the people I work with in person.

@1pub is probably the type to get a clean desk, leave trash at the desk for others, and then wonder what all the fuss is about.

No big issues, everyone in my area is pretty chill, some changes and adjustments. The only thing that is Junior High like are all the crybabies on this board.

My cube was filthy. They took all the trash bins away and left a piece of trash/paper on my keyboard that said my station was sanitized. THEY left trash and want me to throw it away?

It’s utter chaos and complete bs. Andy can kiss my a-s from his ivory tower where he still has personal space, ruling like a dictator that he is.

Wow, I am 60 years old and I am going back to Junior high? I have to find a desk? I hope I get to sit next to the cool kids. I want to be in the in crowd.

Just kidding. I am hoping to get layoff and severance. I ain’t dealing with this high school cr-p at my age.

It’s a lot like junior high and you’re the new kid on the block. You have no clout, your parents made this decision for you and now you’re stuck with it. Sorry, folks, moose out front should’ve told you that this is the way it’s going to be. Those that have not converted yet to the RTO and WFS, you are in for a long haul. In a year this will all blow over and this will seem to be the norm. The downside is it will be years before your furnishings are improved. By then you’ve moved on to greener pastures. Good luck, don’t forget your lunch money!

Morale is in the gutter. Many people were fully remote until now, clearly reporting to office with team in different locations. They looked like foreign tourists without maps. Given the sh*tty indecisive upper management at this dump of a bank, I can see why they would feel lost.

How does seat reservations ? Do you have to check app every morning before you take a desk to see if desk is reserved? And if someone is in your reserved desk and they don’t want to move and threaten to Sue you for harassment and discrimination, how should one response? FAQ should to let them know how to reserve a desk, but some people take it the wrong way and get offended.

This actually happened before WFH and I had a permenant desk and I didn’t come in till 10am because of a meeting and this person that was visiting our office decided to make my desk his home and got angry when I told him this was my cube.

It feels like that opening scene in Skyrim when they have u held prisoner on that carriage with Ulfric Stormcloak and they’re taking u to Helgen for capital punishment for crimes against the Imperial Legion,
