Only the best was selected for CRT position? That’s laughable. First, you can’t even compose a proper sentence. Secondly, the CRT (Crybaby Re--rded Toddlers) is filled with those who either couldn’t cope with field work and needed direct supervision or those who came over from switch operations where the only thing they did was watch contractors do all the work in the facility while they wasted the day away on EBay, Facebook, and Instagram. If any team needs to go, it should be the CRT. They’re overpaid and underperforming id--ts.

CRT is a job that can be done remotely which means it can also be outsourced. Ulf is from Ericsson and the manage services model. CRT is part of that framework.
