Last week at Broadcast Asia "people" were blabbering that Synamedia would merge with Kaltura. Anyone else hearing this? Any Schleppers care to comment. -even though it is Saturday.

Who are the schleppers?
So now we know some of the company is being sold.. that wouldn't have made sense to merge with Kaltura. What happens to the rest?

@13e You are truly tweaking... the company secretary has written to the shareholders. I know this because I am one of them. There is a notice that the company and its shareholding structure will be restructured within the next two weeks. So stick that in your CI/CD Pipehole and schmooooke it pal.
@yt Another wrong assumption (HR) that leads you to yet another wrong conclusion. If you are a fellow ex-engineer, then that might explain some of the poor code that I had to fix in the past.

Which set of employees gets sc--wed over this time? Will the Mid-et survive this? Will Kaltura get lumbered with the VC debt? A sxxtshow for sure about to happen.
