Given there has not been a single news item or even a whisper on this topic since this topic was posted we'll have to mark it down as Fake News.
Always thought it was a rather extreme way for TCS to avoid the $210M fine they got last year and had to pay DXC.
They can stick to getting DXC the same way as Accenture, Kyndryl and others are doing - by taking their remaining accounts off them one at a time.

TCS have a high retention rate. So can’t be that bad an employer.
It's probably the Execs trying to get thier raises in and try to frighten employees that TCS is worse than DXC, so be grateful "better the devil you know" frightner.
Reality is though there can't be anyone worse than the DXC management, the way they have treated employees without pay for year on year.
So welcome TCS it's going to be an improvement on these scammers.
