Who here said 0.5 - 0.7 CIP??

Recall the posts about a lower CIP, stated with certainty..."I heard...", "confirmed..." Etc?
I know it's a free country, but fake news really the best use of this website? Please help to make this useful by stating facts. If it's not something you'd tell your employees or your mother with a straight face, maybe keep your delusions of truth to yourself.
Not trying to troll. I just get tired of people going out of their way to reduce the reliability of information shared here.

Ill happily admit.
I was told 0.5 by a manager who is a reliable source in regard to the info they received from their superiors.
I think things just evolved right until the last minute. I dont think people are spreading misinfo. Info just changed and people were kept in the dark.

While CIP maybe higher at 0.95, just wait for the lack of increase in structure (1-3%). Tts a smoke show to make you focus on instanteous results vs an increase in structure/base salary that has a larger affect on retirement, paychecks, etc.
