It was amateur hour and not even well-designed to make it sound like the office was such a selling point. Just be honest and say the only "selling point" is that the office may or may not have complimentary coffee for everyone. Oh I guess it's also a selling point for spreading COVID and other gross airborne and fomite pathogens.

“Lighten up, Francis!”’
@1poi+1sS2ZrSQ You sound like the kind of person who advocates for a return to slavery on 4chan type incel al-my-right forums. Meanwhile you probably whine and loan about not getting your French fries fast enough at the drive thru. Nothing you say will make mistreatment of employees okay. Quite Ayn Rand all you want, but in the end she ended up a hypocrite after happily taking her Social Security checks. Also you need to wipe Cordanis white love sl--e off your face.
Complain, bi--h, work less or steal!! Based on this, Cigna made the right decision. Because who knows what you all were doing at home. I bet the same thing.
Enjoy the views from the office!!! LMAO
I haven't got down to stealing yet, but I for sure don't spend a nickel at the office or surrounding areas. I am not a profit center for Cigna or local businesses.
"when they announce the 4 days a week policy. Should be coming at end of year for a 1/1 start."
I figured they would just skip straight to 5 days.
Wow. There are some disgusting manager types on here that show why Cigna is toxic now.
“For those who think the office environment doesn't work maybe it's because we do not have enough people giving a fair open mind and effort on it” we all did that until we started working from home and realized it worked better for us, making us more productive, and happier because we have more time with family and friends. You can’t take away a benefit and expect people to “give it a fair shot.” The cat is out of the bag…the best companies with the best talent know their employees can get their work done wherever it makes sense and is done best. Cigna is a sinking ship.
They can’t catch me and I am too high up at Cigna to get into any serious trouble. But the justice system is rigged anyway. Cigna is stealing your benefits from you but just try going to court. It’s a dog eat dog world and you gotta take what you want to be successful, then again most of you plebes just quietly go along with whatever boss man tell you so good luck and I will be laughing my ads off at this forum when they announce the 4 days a week policy. Should be coming at end of year for a 1/1 start.
“I only pay for half my food. Steal from me I steal from you.”
I’m sure the judge will be sympathetic.
Complimentary coffee? Hahahahaha. The fact that people are making money in the cafeteria, coffee included, is definitely one of the reasons we are back in the office. Worse they fired half the staff and we have to ring ourselves up. Which is why I only pay for half my food. Steal from me I steal from you.
No, the office doesn't work when your entire team is in other physical locations. Zero benefit to commute in to sit by myself on webex meetings.
Doesn't matter how fair open my mind is or how much effort I expend. It's still going to be garbage.
@ahj+1sS2ZrSQ go drink more of the Kool Aid, you Cordani syncophant.
Call the wambulance. Do your jobs and go into the office. If not leave. Alot of companies are doing this. Spoiled children is what alot of this sounds like. For those who think the office environment doesn't work maybe it's because we do not have enough people giving a fair open mind and effort on it.
There was a panel today? Is there a recording somewhere?
