Imagine what things would look like if we were not doing well financially. Just imagine for a second, when we're laying off people right now, when things are going great.

End stage capitalism. When actual growth stops happening, cost cutting follows to maintain the profit growth for the investors.
The middle class will continue to shrink. It is why there is such a political divide being fomented by politicians and the media. As long as the people are arguing against each other, blaming each other, the elites can keep enriching themselves while hurting the masses.
@OP agreed.
What are you blathering about?
@1rw As I said, check yourself into a mental asylum instead. The level of delusion it takes to place entirety of the national debt and global cultural issues on execs at JPM...there is no amount of reasoning that will help you.
@1pn
what are you saying
that jp morgan has 0 significance in this economy
then you must not be worth much
@1m8 Go take your meds, the level of delusion to rope in the country's debt, economy, and culture to blame on execs on a company complaint forum is just mental sickness.
@1hd
are you talking about he---s, that has been around for a long time too
i think the 38 trillion in debt, a stagnant economy, and a dying culture
will put the blame squarely on their heads
@1ec
You are not the first nor the last individual contributor who thinks you know better than the Csuite and the board of a company. JPM has been around for a long time, likely longer than you...don't pretend its a novel occurrence that something happens negative to you that its a bad decision and will end the company.
What are you blathering about??
@16h
you are just hollowing out the company for immediate profit
the overpaid priveleged people who are ineffective at their jobs are at the top
and never get the boot
Natural selection taking place, people who are ineffective at their jobs will be replaced by people who do a better job, cheaper, and MUCH less drama & entitlement.
The goal is to free up positions that people working in India can take. In the end, the company will go down just like IBM outsourced and went downhill.
Layoffs will still occur but projects will be canceled
Ok
