COBRA- RMSA HELP

Anyone on COBRA? When do you receive paperwork to sign up for Cobra? Then do you get billed in order to pay the premium? I will be utilizing my RMSA account. I understand you pay and then submit proof of payment. So I will be writing a check. ( Yes I still write checks ) .Do I need to wait for the check to clear ? Can I use the actual check as documentation ? . How does the coverage work when your switching over ? Then when I submit the claim (s) how long does it take to get reimbursed and can you have it automatically deposited into my account. Sorry so long . Just coming up on this in a month . Thank you so much

Hello @1plr+1soiunX1 .I can't say there is a way unless your still active. On pulse under rewards.. I took screenshots of everything I thought was important and sent it to my personal email before I left. But I do have a phone number if you haven't tried it please do. If it doesn't work I may have a different number try 1-844-203-3255. Come back

What does it say about this company and the support of its employees that we have to use this anonymous chat site to poll our peers to find out about our benefits and what the processes are to access them? I also sent an email to HR asking about the RMSA balance eligibility and access and never got an answer to the question. They only provided instructions to view the current balance as the response.

I had a very similar question about the RMSA. Contacted HR via chat to get connected to a live person. They were VERY unhelpful. The best answer I could get was to contact the plan administrator and I was given the 800 number to call. Turns out Anthem farms this out.
My recommendation is to get everything in an email so you have documentation. I’m unfortunately expecting to get stiffed in the long run on this.
