Wow. This woke site wont even let you write vas---ne (vàșèlíne).
@1qbo+1uq19KDU - you said it.
LOL: 2100 views | 1156 reactions ... All fake we must assume: Someone has way too much time on their hands.
@1plh, you mean the CVX employee who's supposed to be working pumping them down?
No vas---ne
@1vtg+1uq19KDU
you gotta love the irony:
"So winning is not parking on this site all day and complaining about things like not being able to F-off at home all day and call it WFH and blaming everything wrong with the company on someone else.,, Who knew?
and here they are, spending all day pumping up their post. lol
Good to see someone had fun with the reactions

WINNING takes a long-term plan for profitability, long-term commitment to workforce competency development, and managers with a stable hand on the tiller. It does not require 20 layers of organizational hierarchy, total resets of management philosophy and direction every few years, and a myopic quarter by quarter focus on shareholder metrics. The only "painful" part is watching the ship head in the wrong direction despite the deckhands rushing aimlessly the extend the sails.
As long as the losers on this site can always blame it on someone else, it's all good! It wouldn't matter who was in charge, they would still blame that person and take no personal responsibility.
A winning team has leadership. Next question.
OP - where can I get that Kool-Aid You’re drinking?
The MACHINE (aka Engine) doesn’t give a rats a$$ about me, why should I give anything more than an honest days work for an honest day of pay?
Take your PomPoms to the local high school football game where they might be more useful.
Where is this “winning” you speak of, we’ve had three layoff rounds over the past 14 years and I still don’t see it. Ah, maybe it was never about “winning” to begin with.
Yes. Yes I am prepared to wait out the company and get a payout. Next question.
