Allstate has regularly mentioned wanting to be like Netflix, not Blockbuster. Everything they seem to do seems in indicate otherwise.
They copy other insurance companies business strategies ie turo, uber, rideshare, etc.
They hire in upper management from other lousy companies to implement the same things those companies do (Shapiro and other upper management) just so they can implement things other companies are already doing and layoff people like other companies.
Anyone else feel like they work at Blockbuster/Sears?
