CHRO Bob has got to go. You can’t give an incoherent rambling inaccurate evasive toddler like response to complaints about Cigna and keep your job.

I’m ex USAA. So glad to be gone. This place is a shell of its former self. Wayne and the public company EC he drools over have destroyed the place. Bring back Syring!
How many CHRO's has USAA had in the last ten years?
I am still waiting on my Cigna survey.
Complete a--hat. I’m embarrassed for him and the entire company.
I feel sorry for him. He was put in an interim role for which he is ill-suited and unqualified. After leading in the military for more than 30 years, he has no idea what it is like to lead in a civilian, corporate environment. He was thrust into a role without adequate preparation, which is the opposite of the military, where leaders at that level spend decades in different assignments preparing them for their roles. Unfortunately, his personality isn’t helping. The lack of humility, being dismissive of others and inability to express empathy at scale is holding him back. Hopefully he and his manager will have a heart-to-heart about what he needs to succeed in the role and put an action plan in place to help him. I wish him well — the better he can do in this role, the better off every employee will be.
His lack of reading the room and professional maturity was unreal. Who wants to bet some of his words get edited out ?
And new this year, I bought the 3 expensive supplemental Cigna plans, little did I know they are all charged after tax monthly. Tried to get the $50 wellbeing refund after my annual checkup and Cigna is deaf on me. Nothing for weeks. Cigna su-ks.
Cigna feels like the first step on the road to Canadian style health care - where the cute for anything expensive is MAID (medical assistance in dying, i.e. euthanasia). Industrial scale Soylent Green style mass mu---r of the ill is the only long term sustainable solution to the demographic/healthcare/ social security funding crisis. Or so Wayne's pals at Blackrock and the WEF tell him.

Wow, that is the first time for me hearing about a 30-day supply only. That does not sound right at all. So sorry you are going through this.
Shut the he-l up. Who are you to challenge the world class benefits ??? lol
They don't cover anything and if you're a red you're questioned into the dirt and "verified" that you're part of the regime I mean company BEFORE they'll schedule your appointment..
When an employee struggles to get something as simple as an EpiPen (as reported in Slack), you know there's a problem.
Yes, called about prescriptions since I can now only get medications that I have been taking for 20 years in 30 day supply instead of 90 day supply. Was told too bad — that’s the policy under Cigna. Now I am having to go back to my doctors to rewrite the prescriptions. And I have to go to the pharmacy at least 12 times a year instead of 4 times a year. It’s so painful.
Has anyone reached out to the Cigna team directly to discuss and resolve whatever issues you may be having?
The empathy piece is key. I wonder if he
uses Cigna and has personal experience with it or if he uses military healthcare at Fort Sam Houston, which would a very different experience than Cigna, especially as a retired general.
It wasn’t good. He should have Cigna put a rep or two onsite for the next six months for employees to drop in and discuss their individual concerns. Then, a week later, meet with the employees who met with the Cigna rep to see if their concerns were addressed.
That mo--n is now blaming us, because it's our fault that we gave 97% satisfaction in favor of Cigna in what's obviously an imaginary survey? I wished most of the people present in that auditorium booed or even threw their shoes and socks at him. Cigna is horrible and that mo--n is equally horrible.
I’m going to monitor who from Bob’s team gets axed lol then we would know who prepared him for Cigna question hahahah
He is an id--t! I do not remember taking the survey regarding Cigna. They are terrible.
Braggs was not much better with his refusal to even believe an employee's complaint about having to use PTO for bathroom breaks.
I hope he's not our next CEO, he has the salute and move on mentality!
Actually, giving incoherent rambling inaccurate evasive toddler like responses to complaints about Cigna is what he was hired to do. Gaslight, obfuscate, and deny. That exactly what Wayne wants from a CHRO.
It’s wild he thought sharing that obscure satisfaction % about Cigna was a good idea. Even if the data was real/reputable (it’s not), it doesn’t change anything about the severity of the problem for some employees. Crazy. He’s certainly got a knack for stepping on rakes and shaking hornet nests. Jeez.
No empathy whatsoever in his response. Some folks have really been struggling through this change to Cigna and how this new plan works. Could you imagine if we told our Members his answer when they are upset???!
Lead by example, sir!
Seems like a sleazy used car salesman…
He said we gave Cigna a 97% satisfaction in some survey, better than Aetna. D-mb d-mb. The Slack channel exploded about this d-mb comment. He's got to go.
