I wasn't responding to you. Can't thread individual comments here. Definitely not a Kool aid drinker, but I call it as I see it and experience it. Great point about reading comments verbatim, since managers are never supposed to do so.
@1owu+1m7VXb45, the comment below (by @1aoo+1m7VXb45) indicated that the results went UP. My comment was a response to that. AND if you look at comments on other posts in this website, people have mentioned that their managers repeated their survey comments to them.

Not sure where you heard results went up, but if they did, it could be because many orgs haven't been impacted by reductions (yet). Also, anonymous doesn't mean they can't talk about overall results, weirdo.
Our Voice survey went up? What a surprise ... NOT. It has become very apparent to everyone that the surveys are NOT anonymous (shame on you SLT). The surveys are now useless for the employees, and only serve for the SLT to pat themselves on the back for the (false positive) results.
And the GD Our Voice survey results went UP! The Magenta Cult eats it up and asks for more
