You want more money, huh? You can have a nice lump sum of WFR if you wait around. Or, you could leave the morally bankrupt cesspit that is DXC, and get a decent job with more money working for an ethical employer if you want to.

Write a decent CV, study interview techniques, and get out.

I did. I now earn 35% more than I did at DXC. I work slightly more hours but in a much more rewarding job, with a company that prides itself on ethics and delivering valuable outcomes for clients and staff.

I know where I'd rather be, and it ain't at DXC.

I see it this way:
Titanic is sinking in slow motion.
Captain is ordering the music to keep on playing while he is packing his own little lifeboat with his treasures. No time to think of the guests nor the staff.

Why should give Salvino in such a scenario a pay increase? Except to those who help him to get the jewels packed for him.

If you want a raise, resign and go to another company. It is as simple as that!

I don’t understand why people ask these silly questions when everybody knows DXC will not give raises. Not yesterday, not today, and definitely not tomorrow!!

Seriously, resign and get a better paying job elsewhere and forget these silly questions.

There will be no pay increases for anyone except the board and high level executives, if you don't know that by now then you belong with this company. I already gave my notice , so good-bye to this shithole company

I guarantee NO raises until the takeover by Baring Private Equity Asia Ltd., (the pan-Asian buyout firm that’s merging with EQT AB) is completed or rejected.

So cute to note some of you still harbour fond hopes of gettig raises in DXC...
Quarters will come and quarters will go but DXC ain't giving you any quarters...

Its all planned, bad quarter to be announced so they don't have to pay.

If they can't announce a good set of results after 3 years you know Sally and co are not capable.

The decline will continue, staff won't be paid raises, yet the execs will be able to sc--w and somehow justify their raises.

Its so blatant and obvious now.

Alright then, let's say that DXC will announce this raise you're waiting on. How much do you believe you will receive? 5%? 10%? The reality is likely that you'll get nothing. You're lucky if DXC tosses you a 3% merit increase. Even then, this won't be anywhere near enough to 'combat' the inflation you're suffering from.
Your best bet is to look for a different employer that will pay you according to your worth on the job market.

yup. News is 0% pay rise, with 0.75% rise per month in interest rates (so flows into mortgages), and inflation will remain in 10% range for next 12 months or so, with food and utility bills rising much much faster (so "real" inflation much higher)
oh and if you're in the UK, income tax rises thrown in for good measure as well ..

You can keep wishing, or you can look for another job that pays better and gives a sh-t about their employees, because you ain’t getting squat from DXC. Your choice.

Second Quarter 2023 will be announced after Trading on November 3, so after that if they don't say anything then we know were screwed. I for one is leaving this sh-t ho-e company after I take 9 days this month, 9 days in December and 10 days in January. Already have something new lined up for after that.

I'm really struggling, this has been overdue for 3 months now and everything has gone up astronomically.

I wish this will be announced this week.
