Been hearing from some teams that they are gonnakeep crosstraining in detections and investigations, and the ultimate goal is a single analyst work flow. I dont see how there possibly be layoffs. The numbers needed to maintain slo is what we have, maybe one less per team maybe, but i dont see a hige reduction of teams…maybe??

People in AML are literally sitting around with nothing to do for months LOL
Who said the AML consent order work is complete!?! That is a lie! My area was asked today to help with a number of issues tied to the consent order, so the work is far from complete.
Oh there's always a bu-----g in the crowd. Anyone that pushes for former guy as salvation for our woes is neck deep in his smelly cult buttox. Ignore those people like you would a passing fawt.
Concent order is done, its bau sustainability now. Has been for weeks. Slos have to be maintained at the current staffing levels, which they have been.
Slight trimming for those individuals with repetitive bad quality and production…
AML is overstaffed because of the consent order. They're not going to keep everyone they hired in the last 2 1/2 years, especially at the salaries given to external hires. It’s probably the worst kept secret, but once they get close to wrapping up work on the consent order, then the AML layoffs will start.
They laid off 23 people in kyc.
Just lay everyone off and make it quick. Pos company
Yes I said they laid off 50ish mostly in KYC but it was not 500.

They absolutely laid off AML staff in March maybe not 500 but was quite a few. Consent order be damned!
They’ve laid off 50 to date max. I could see another smaller layoff of about 50 more and that’s it. Unfortunately there will be no upward growth for a long time
They have definitely NOT laid off 500 AML employees
Bro you have been saying this for over a year and they already laid of 500 people in AML what makes you think crosstraining will make those jobs any safer? If anything they will need LESS people especially as the consent order winds down and Stat sampling gets legs. This company has proven itself untrustworthy, especially the last 3 years any sniff of saving money and they will do it. Afterall you aren't consideirng the bottom line which is a 1.3BILLION dollar loss last year and who knows how much this year. All you can do if you want to stay is do as much continued ED as you can, get your certs and keep the resume updated but trusting this place a secure job for years to come is a bit of a stretch.
