@1nw I'd normally agree with you on Hgas, but I think SME is next. Have you seen the donkey who runs that business? There is no way Vimal would have put someone who understands so little of the product, market or customers, unless of course it was going to be put on the chopping block.

It's a tough job market out there right now. If I was still at Honeywell I would be applying like crazy whilst there is still time, it could easily take 6 months to find work if not more. Seriously.

Probably good for the software businesses that actually do well in PSS but get zero funding like voice or Swift decoder. The problem is going to be packaging that with the hardware who’s gonna buy this

Not confusing at all; HPS is a custom project business and does not fit into automation. There should be plans to merge it with ESS or a new buy out company.

What will IA CEO do now that the only thing that will be left is HPS? Also new HPS CEO will report directly to VK? This is confusing.
